The government of USA is issuing 50,000 to maximum 55,000 GreenCard visas for the year 2011. A total of 1,00,000 people from different countries who are eligible to participate will get 1st letter to apply for second letter of the EDV processing. Among them half of of the people will get second letter. So its very important to reply as soon as possible when you get your first letter.
